Which Antichrist Shall We vote For; Number One or Number Two?

This election is difficult to comment on or write about. I have so many things to say to individuals that plan to vote for Obama. If they cannot recognize the man's diabolical nature, his disastrous management of foreign policy and our nation's economy, stifling businesses with hostile regulations, illegal use of executive orders, blatant rejection of Israel, his Islamic favoritism, Marxist and Socialist tendencies, Obama Care that is driving American businesses out of the country, and the multitudinous improprieties and misuse of the presidency to reward cronies, not to mention his class warfare and other divisive activities, then they are delusional. The strength of their delusion is apparent in the fact that many of them have declared that they will vote for him no matter what. There are professing Christians white and black who would vote for him even if he declared himself to be an antichrist. Their only qualification for a president is that he has the perception of being black. In Obama's case, he is not actually black, but Arab/American.

On the other hand, Mitt Romney is a cult member that belongs to the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Days Saints, an antichrist cult whose members are called Mormons. Some prominent professing Christians have called Mormonism a form of Christianity. Mormons do believe in a “Jesus Christ”, but they claim that he is Satan's brother. This makes Satan a begotten son of God or Christ a demon, heaven forbid! The Apostle Paul declared that if any one presents another Christ than the true one, that person is accursed. The truth is that the founder of Mormonism, Joseph Smith, was a prolific plagiarist. He borrowed heavily from Islam to establish his cult. In fact, there is a Mormon book that praises God's “two great prophets”, Mohammad and Joseph Smith. The similarities between the two religions are so striking that Mormonism has been labeled American Islam. The Church of Jesus Christ Latter Days Saints has two major goals that ought to trouble everyone. One of their main goals is to take over the United States of America and turn it into a Mormon state. If Romney is elected, and since he is subject to the Mormon prophet, that goal will be deemed as fulfilled, thereby validating Joseph Smith and Mormonism. Their other goal is to establish Mormonism as the only true religion. This goal will also be validated by a Romney victory. Thus, I am convinced that Mitt Romney will cause more spiritual damage to America than the material damage that Barack Obama has or will cause.

But all of that only begs the question, “So what's the alternative?” That's when it gets a bit troublesome; too troublesome for most people. The clear truth is that there is no alternative presidential candidate for a true Christian on the ballot. Some would protest that statement by declaring that we have to choose the lesser of the two evils. Choosing the lesser of two evils is choosing evil. Other ones will insist that not to vote for Romney is to vote for Obama. That claim is completely invalid and in fact ridiculous. The concern that has the most merit is that if Obama is re-elected he will destroy our nation. That is most likely true. However, it is better that our flesh is destroyed than our souls.

To frame the situation in a proper setting we must ask the question, “Why do people want Romney as their president?” The primary answer is because they do not want four more years of Obama. They want a return to prosperity, to patriotism, to strong national security, and they want Obama Care repealed and to secure the border with Mexico. They are thoroughly repulsed by Obama's class warfare, his misuse of the presidency, and his apparent inability and unwillingness to govern except to force his liberal and socialist agenda on the nation. Many professing Christians believe that another Obama term will bring persecution to American Christians, attacks on Israel, and possibly the destruction of America. In other words, most American Christians are not prepared to endure persecution for their faith. Instead, they are willing to vote for what they believe is a kinder and more gentle antichrist in order to gain a few more years of the status quo. The present status quo of most professing Christians is "going to church" on Sunday, gorging on two NFL football games that afternoon, seldom praying, never winning a soul, never progressing to spiritual maturity, in fact never doing anything at all to express Christianity to the lost society. America Christianity is for the most apart all about maximizing the benefits and blessings of God while giving Him very little in return. It is about enjoying the blessed freedom that God has granted this nation, but doing virtually nothing to protect it from encroaching evil. While America has the most preachers, the most church buildings, abundant Bibles, and etc., American Christians are famous for paying other people to actually practice the faith. The truth is that what little Christianity that most professing Christians in this nation experience they do so vicariously. They are deeply worried that this comfort zone will be greatly compromised if Barack Obama gets another term. They would rather make a covenant with Mormonism.

Contrast that attitude with the position the Chinese Christians took when Communists took over their nation. They could have registered with the government as Christians and attended the government controlled church in peace. Of course, they would have had to endure the government installed pastors, that were in most cases diabolical. Instead, they chose persecution. They were beaten, disfigured, dismembered, robbed, and imprisoned. Some of them died in prison from their wounds or various other afflictions and diseases. Other ones were released after many years. The government executed a large number of them. In other words, they rejected the greater and lesser of two evils. They chose not to deny Christ and not to give place to Satan. Instead, they chose suffering.

Most individuals who have read this far are asking, “But what are we going to do?” What should have been done long ago. God sent individuals to warn us. They came as pastors, teachers, preachers, and with other callings. They were rejected. Churches rose up with petitions and voted pastors out of office, impugned reputations, integrity, and callings, of the other ones who spoke the truth, that called them to commitment and maturity. These professing Christians chose, in the place of the ones God sent, people who spoke “smooth things”, that prophesied deceit, that promised prosperity and comfort for all. They even made prosperous these lying prophets and their television networks. Even when some of them were found to be drunkards, homosexuals, pedophiles, adulterers and adulteresses, they continued to support and tolerate their greedy and lewd spirits.  The fact is that those warnings and exhortations to become strong and faithful should have been heeded.  We should have obeyed the voice of God then, and maybe we would not be facing this difficult period.  We should have prayed and obeyed more than we played, and we should have been long ago prepared to endure.

Now the time has arrived to stand against the tide of evil and boldly declare faith in Jesus Christ and the only Son of God, the only Way, Truth, and Life. It is time to stand as bright and shinning lights exposing the unfruitful works of darkness. But many professing Christians cannot stand. They want to return to their couches of ease and comfort, feasting on offerings from the world system under the covering of God's blessing. They wish to continue playing religious games, bragging about power that they do not have and spirituality that has long departed from them.  They are content to live in Egypt, to make a covenant with evil, as long as they are comfortable and no responsibility of being true Christians, actual followers of Jesus Christ, is required of them. They want their safe rituals, their church attendance, their leisure to do what ever their flesh desires. They want a safe America where they can stand behind their religious walls and hurl insults at the secular world over every issue from chicken sandwiches to marriage. The truth is that America Christianity deserves a Barack Obama. They deserve a Pharaoh to either make them want out of bondage or who will chase them all the way into the Promised Land.

Yes, the time has come for American Christians to validate what we have been positing to the rest of the world as faith in God and His Son Jesus Christ. Did anyone really believe it would be easy when the final hours of this dispensation came upon us? Did we believe that when antichrist spirits finally gained the upper hand that God would be duty bound to make certain that we experience no pain or even disruption of normalcy? Personally, I am tired of the waffling and caterwauling about the state of affairs. This stagnant, unproductive, pasty and pale, religion that we Americans call Christianity needs to either rise up from its deathbed of carnality or go ahead and die. Either we care enough about true faith in God and Christ to make a righteous stand, or we compromise because we fear for our unredeemable and perishable flesh. Don't choose the lesser of two evils, choose the greater good of God and stand for righteousness. I am ready to suffer for the sake of righteousness and the Gospel of Christ. I will not vote for an antichrist, number one or number two.

1 Peter 4:1-2, “Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.”
1 Peter 3:17,For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.”

They Have no Spiritual Birthday

This is the first in a series of articles I will be presenting over the next few weeks concerning the great and final apostasy.   In my opinion, there are major indicators that we are in the last days before the Coming of Christ.   The apostasy that has led to the formation of the Emergent Church is one of those indicators.   One of its primary goals is the establishment of a global religion.   The doctrines and practices of the Emergent Church have moved into mainstream Christianity.   The result is an unprecedented paradigm shift toward acceptance of occult practices and beliefs.   Many very influential Christian leaders are promoting the Emergent Church.   If this heresy succeeds, within a few years true Christianity will be driven out of public view.   It will be replaced by an ecumenical global religion that will be very hostile to the remaining visages of godliness and godly people. I became aware of the causes and effects of th...

The Lie

Did all the significant Christians in the past 2000 years get it wrong?   Were they all ignorant of the true path to God?   Did the Apostle Paul (who wrote over two thirds of the New Testament) get it wrong?   Has God revealed His true Gospel to only individuals in this generation?   Are pagans, Muslims, and all other religions right while biblical Christianity is wrong?   If you answered “no” to these questions then you are probably not associated with the Emergent Church and its Contemplative Spirituality.   You have probably realized that sudden radical departures from historical (biblical) Christianity in the last days is not of God.   If you are sober, vigilant, and otherwise alert, you are very cautious of new revelations, and especially of individuals that are cavalier and even contemptuous about time-honored biblical truth.   Count it a blessing that you no longer fit in and appear to be associated with a shrinking minority.   ...
